After communicating with the customer, we learned that they are using equipment from a well-known American brand. The temperature of this equipment was uncontrolled, which made its film capacitor components easy to burn out. The raw materials of components (film capacitors) were changed from high temperature materials to ultra-high temperature materials , and made new materials into finished products for customers to use.
After more than a year of operation and verification by the customer, the equipment has been running normally and the components were not damaged; so far, with our help, the customer's thorny problems have been well resolved, the equipment could continue to work and operate normally, and the production capacity has also been greatly improved.
With the resolution of this problem, the customer has trusted Huayu's products and quality more, and therefore has maintained a long-term cooperative relationship with us.
